The Human Research Ethics Application (HREA) form has been developed by NHMRC as a tool that provides a template ethics application form. It is based on the requirements set out in the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research.
HREA has been updated to align with the revised National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research (2025).
